Manage, run and lead the club

You’re given the chance to step into three of the most important roles at a football club.

Coach / Manager

Analyse player performances to select the most competitive team.
Develop tactical plans and set match strategies.
Adjust formations and strategic choices in real time during matches.

Sporting Director

Negotiate player transfers—both buying and selling—based on the club’s needs.
Coordinate and develop the activities of the youth academy to nurture future talent.
Oversee external communications to ensure the club maintains a positive and consistent public image.

Set out a comprehensive strategic vision that guides the club’s overall objectives.
Foster relationships with sponsors and negotiate key partnerships.
Allocate the budget across players, the academy, and infrastructure to ensure the club’s growth and development.
